Our Weekly RV Spaces are designed for guests who want to settle in, slow down, and truly enjoy the Concan and Frio River area without the hassle of daily check-ins and frequent moves. By offering weekly stays at a discounted rate, we provide greater value, more stability, and a more relaxed park experience for longer visits.
Rather than crowding guests into fixed spots, we thoughtfully assign RV sites based on current occupancy and length of stay. Weekly guests are prioritized for spacing and comfort, allowing us to optimize privacy, reduce congestion, and maintain the peaceful atmosphere our park is known for. If you prefer a specific location, you are welcome to request your site from the available options at the time of booking or arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate.
We do not oversell the park. Every confirmed weekly reservation is guaranteed a space for the entire duration of your stay, so you can travel with confidence knowing your site will be ready and reserved exclusively for you. Our goal is to create a calm, well-organized environment where guests can enjoy the outdoors without the turnover and crowding often found at high-density or nightly-focused parks.
All weekly RV sites include full utility hookups with power options up to 50 AMP, along with water and sewer connections. For safety and cleanliness, sewer hoses must be properly supported off the ground and all utility connections must be secure and leak-free. These standards help us maintain the clean, high-quality environment our extended-stay guests expect.
Each site is approximately 50 feet in length and built on a level pad with compacted road base and a light gravel finish, making setup smooth and stable for a wide range of RV sizes. Picnic benches are provided at every site, and many weekly guests choose to position the table toward the back of the site to create a more open and functional outdoor living space during their stay.
Weekly stays also allow you to enjoy the park more like a second home — with time to relax, cook outdoors, explore the Frio River, and experience the Hill Country at a slower, more enjoyable pace.
If you have preferences regarding spacing, amenities, or site layout for your weekly stay, we encourage you to include those details in your reservation comments. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, especially for longer reservations.
Please note that Spring Break and the period from Memorial Day through Labor Day are considered peak seasons due to the popularity of the Frio River and surrounding Hill Country attractions. Because weekly discounted spaces are limited and held for longer durations, early reservations are strongly recommended to secure your preferred dates and site availability.
