The Pitmaster Brand

True to Texas Spirit

We’re proud to celebrate everything that makes Texas special — hospitality, freedom, music, and the Lone Star spirit. Pitmaster RV was built with a deep love for the great state and the people who travel through it

Stories of Western Expansion

Life on the frontier was not just about the journey west — it was about perseverance, shared hardships, and the good times found along the way. Settlers, travelers, and communities came together in the wild to find rest and connection. That same spirit of gathering and storytelling lives on at Pitmaster RV.

Food Brings Us Together

Inspired by the tradition of gathering around the pit, we believe food is a universal way people connect. Just like a BBQ brings people together, Pitmaster RV is designed as a place where stories, cultures, and experiences naturally meet.

Biography

The passion comes from my college internship working at Disney World. It was a work and educational internship, and aside from cooking food in the kitchens, I studied Theme Park Management at Disney University. I was enamored by the details Disney incorporated to tell a story. If you pay attention you will notice all the senses are accounted for in the smell, the music, the color. Everything is intentionally curated by Imagineers. That was 30 years ago, and much has changed lol. Although Pitmaster RV Park is just at the beginning of its story, rest assured, there is a very long list of things to come and ideas in my head that I have not gotten around to yet. For as long as I am here, the park will always get better. It will never end. At the end of that summer, I came home, and my father asked me how much money I had saved. I opened my wallet and found nine dollars. Not a single regret. I worked through the school year continuing my education in the hospitality business. Go Cougs!.
