Many of our extended stay guests use their site as a reliable weekend base camp for Frio River trips, family getaways, and Hill Country escapes. Others appreciate the flexibility it provides for remote work, seasonal visits, or simply having a dependable place to recharge away from the city. We offer a limited number of RV spaces exclusively allocated to extended-stay guests to preserve privacy, comfort, and a relaxed park atmosphere. This intentional approach ensures the park is never overcrowded and that every guest enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience.
Reservations require a 30-day minimum stay, with additional days prorated for flexibility. Most guests choose to book in 30-day increments and renew to maintain their preferred space throughout the season.
